Overview
This guide provides instructions to users on how to run the 2024 HUD-defined Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH) Annual report in HMIS. This report should be utilized by users who have PATH-funded projects.
Running the 2024 PATH Annual Report for Data Quality
Report Location: Reports Workspace > HMIS Reports > PATH Annual Report (2024)
Before beginning, ensure you have selected the correct workgroup and organization within your user settings:
Go to the Reports Workspace and select the HMIS Reports folder to find the PATH Annual Report (2024):
- When the report opens, choose the date you want for the report and scroll down to the PATH Program(s) section.
Select the PATH programs and then click the blue Report button:
The report will run and open when it is complete. To see the client-level details, click on the underlined table title of the data you wish to view.
That opens a new window with client details. Go to the disc icon and select Excel Data to get an Excel document with client detail data:
Choose Export as XLSX:
Note: This report contains client names. Do not email this report or store it in an unsecure location.
- Save the report is a secure location.
- Open the file in excel and apply the "Format as Table" option to the worksheet. This will allow you to sort and filter client details in the report.
