Quick Services in ClientTrack

Overview

The Quick Services form is an optional form in ClientTrack to record service information for a large volume of clients. It may be useful for service providers who serve the same clients often, or for back-entering on service transactions.

More About This

The Quick Services Form produces a list of clients enrolled in a program on a specified date and allows the user to assign a single service to multiple clients at once.  It may not be helpful if an agency is providing multiple services together, or if service information should be tailored to each client. 

The Quick Services form should not be confused with Batch Services, which is designed for real-time data collection.

Details

  1. In the Clients workspace, under Enrollment and Services, select Quick Services – Multiple Clients:

  2. Select the Service Screen. Drop-in centers should use Direct Services, while emergency shelters should use Shelter Services

  3. Specify the Service and the Date:


  4. Set Default Units to 1. If you are tracking financial expenditures, use the Units of Measure and Unit Value to track dollars spent. Otherwise, leave the defaults in place.  

  5. Specify the Program you are entering clients for:


  6. Once all the required fields are completed, a list of clients enrolled on the chosen Date will appear below. Select all the clients who received the service that day.  

  7. Click Save or Save & Exit to apply to the clients’ profiles.
