Need a way to check whether your clients are enrolled in Coordinated Entry (CE)? This tool helps you quickly check CE status and follow up with next steps — all in one place.
What this is
The Coordinated Entry Status Checker lets you answer questions like:
- Is this client enrolled in CE?
- Do they have a housing referral?
- Are they already in a housing project?
Where to find the Coordinated Entry Status Checker
This tool is located in the Home workspace, not the Reports workspace. Click on Data Checkers -> CE Status Checker (077).

How do I use this tool?
The CE status checker is best used for one program or programs within one organization. It is not meant for community-wide monitoring.
Once you open CE Status Checker, select:
- Organization (your agency)
- Program (the project you're reviewing)
- (Optional) Case Manager/Enroller
- (Optional) Toggle "Show Client Names"
- Click Search
What you will see

For each head of household enrolled, you can review:
Client ID | Date enrolled in your project
Whether they are:
- Enrolled in a CE project (or if there is more than one CE enrollment)
- Pending a Housing Referral
- Already enrolled in a Housing Project
What you can do from here
