Updating Housing Move-In Date after you created the enrollment

Overview

Need to record Housing Move in Date after you already created the enrollment? This article will detail how to make that update.

Adding HMID After Enrollment

  1. Find to the head of household's client record.
  2. On the Client Dashboard, in the client's Enrollments section, click on action button to the left of the enrollment for which you need to record a Housing Move-in Date:

  1. In the action button menu, select Edit Project Entry Workflow:

  1. Click through the screens in the workflow until you get to the Program Enrollment form:

  1. Scroll down to find the Household section of the page, and use the horizontal scroll bar to scroll all the way to the right to find the Housing Move-in Date column.
  2. Write in or use the calendar icon to complete the Housing Move-in Date field for the head of household:

  1. Click the Save button to move to the next page of the workflow if applicable.
  2. Once you have finished the Intake and Enrollment workflow for the client, you will be returned to the Client Dashboard where the Housing Move-in Date will appear on the enrollment for the project.
