Domestic Violence Agencies and the COVID-19 Survey

ICA Minnesota has received the question "Is there an alternative option for Domestic Violence Shelters that are not currently using Minnesota's HMIS?" While the system alert is only available in Minnesota's HMIS, the COVID-19 Survey questions are available for download here. We'll note that ICA developed a series of questions in consultation with a range of sources, including local agencies, ICA communities across the country, and the Minnesota Department of Health. If you are interested in collecting the same information in your system, you can work with your software vendor to build something.
