Running the PATH Annual Report for PDX

What This Is

If your program receives Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH) Funding, you will need to run the PATH Annual Report as a CSV Export so it is compatible for upload to the PATH Data Exchange (PDX).

What You Need to Know

Plan ahead: CSV Exports take longer to run because the system handles them one at a time. Run this report early and only when needed.

Security and Encryption: When you run this report, you will be asked to set an encryption password. However, PDX requires uploaded reports have encryption turned off. We will show you how to do this below.

Follow These Steps

  1. Navigate to the Reports Workspace
  2. Click on the HMIS Reports folder, and then select the PATH Annual Report (2024):

  3. Fill out the required Report Prompts
    1. Date Range: Set the date range for your report
    2. Organization: Set to the Correct Organization
    3. PATH Grant(s): Do not use this prompt
    4. PATH Program(s): Filter by programs and select the the projects you want included
  4. Click Run Export
  5. An Export Encryption pop-up will appear, as shown:
    1. Uncheck Encrypt Export
    2. Check the Responsibility Box

  1. Click Done
  2. You will be notified when your report is done. Once notified, download your report from your Files on Server as shown:
