How to make a client notification

Need to create a reminder or notice for a client? Client notifications are a secure method to share dedicated reminders, notices, or flags in a client's record.

What you need to know

Client-level notifications can be viewed across agencies:

  • "Client forgot wallet at ______, being held at front desk."
  • "Client has a referral for ______, contact case manager."

🚨 NOTE 🚨: Client Notifications should not be used to record or share sensitive, non-bar incident information about a client. Case Notes are used for sensitive client incident information that needs to be shared within your agency.

Follow these steps

  1. On the Client Dashboard, click the bell icon at the top to access Clients Notifications:

  1. On the Clients Notifications menu bar, click on the Add Notifications plus-sign icon:

  1. On the New Notification form, complete the required fields:

  2. Once complete, click Save:

When you are done

After following the steps above, you have created a Client Notification.
