How to use the FHPAP data checker

What this is

With just a few clicks, the FHPAP Data Checker helps you see if your client's FHPAP program data is accurate and up-to-date.

Use this data checker regularly - it is a powerful data quality tool for your FHPAP programs.

Where to find the FHPAP Checker

This tool is located in the Home workspace (not the Reports workspace).

  • My ClientTrack -> Data Checkers -> FHPAP Data Checker (144)

Follow these steps

Go to the FHPAP checker, then select these filters:

  • Organization: Your agency
  • Program: Your FHPAP program
  • Date Range (optional): Leave blank if you want to see all currently enrolled clients. For a specific time period, enter a start and end date.
  • Filter by User or Case Manager: Use this filter to only see clients assigned to a certain case manager or to filter by who enrolled the clients
  • Show Only Records with Errors: Check this box if you only want to see clients with missing data
  • Show Clients Names: Check if you want client names to display, otherwise only client ID will display.

Then click Search to run

What you will see

For each Head of Household, you will see the following data:

  • Client ID
  • Enrollment date
  • Exit Date
  • Assessment Type
  • FHPAP Funded
  • No Recent FHPAP Payment
  • FHPAP Funding Type
  • City of Residence

What you can do from here

Fix the data right from here. If data is missing or looks incorrect, you can update it directly.

  • For example, simply select the action button to update the client's FHPAP Funding Type:
