How to use the Engagement & CLS data checker

With just a few clicks, the Engagement & CLS checker helps you see if your client's data is accurate and up-to-date.
Use this data checker regularly - it is a powerful data quality tool for your programs.
Where to find the Engagement & CLS Checker
This tool is located in the Home workspace (not the Reports workspace).

Follow these steps
Go to the Engagement & CLS checker, then select these filters:
- Organization: Your agency
- Program(s): choose your project(s)
- Date Range (optional): Leave blank if you want to see all currently enrolled clients. For a specific time period, enter a start and end date.
- Filter by User or Case Manager: Use this filter to only see clients assigned to a certain case manager or to filter by who enrolled the clients
- Show Current Clients Only: click this box to only need clients without an exit date in you project
- Show Clients Names: Check if you want client names to display, otherwise only client ID will display.
- Show PATH-specific Fields?: Check this box if you are running the data checker for a PATH project and want to display PATH specific data elements.
Then click Search to run
What you will see
For each Head of Household, you will see the following data:
- Program Name
- Client ID
- Project start date
- Latest Current Living Situation (CLS) Date
- Latest CLS
- Days since CLS
- Date of Engagement
- Date of PATH Status
- PATH Status
- If Not enrolled in PATH the reason
- Exit Date
What you can do from here
Fix the data right from here. If data is missing or looks incorrect, you can update it directly.
