This is an overview of why the report you are trying to run in HMIS is timing out and provide a workaround

Why is my report timing out?

When running a complex report or a report with a large data set, it can sometimes time out. If that is the case, you'll receive a pop up similar to this:

How do I get my report?

Instead of clicking the Report button, click schedule Report instead.

Once you click the schedule report button a box will pop up with options for scheduling the report. You can schedule it to run immediately or at a later time — whichever works best for you. We recommend choosing Excel for the export format.

Once the report is finished, ClientTrack will send you an email with a download link. Click on the link and a box will pop up to name and save your report.
