How to remove the exit date from an enrollment

Steps to Follow

  1. Click on the action button (three dots) next to the enrollment and choose, Reopen Enrollment.

  1. Then you will see a box pop up at the top of your screen letting you know that the enrollment has been re-entered. Click Ok.

  1. Now you should see the enrollment in the list of Active enrollments.

This option only works when the project exit date is less than a year ago. If it's been more than a year, please reach out to the Helpdesk.
