Steps to Follow
- Click on the action button (three dots) next to the enrollment and choose, Reopen Enrollment.
- Then you will see a box pop up at the top of your screen letting you know that the enrollment has been re-entered. Click Ok.
- Now you should see the enrollment in the list of Active enrollments.
This option only works when the project exit date is less than a year ago. If it's been more than a year, please reach out to the Helpdesk.
