What is this

This article shows how to add the same service for many enrolled clients at once using the Quick Services Form.

What you need to know

The Quick Services Form gives you a list of clients enrolled in a program on a given date so you can assign a single service to multiple clients at once.

The Quick Services form should not be confused with Batch Services, which is designed for real-time data collection.  

Follow these steps

  1. In the Clients workspace, under Enrollment and Services, select Quick Services – Multiple Clients. Note: this will open to a client record, but it will not automatically include that client.

  2. In Service Screen, Drop-in centers should use Direct Services, while emergency shelters should use Shelter Services

  3. Specify the Service and the Date:

  4. Set Default Units to 1. If you are tracking financial expenditures, use the Units of Measure and Unit Value to track dollars spent. Otherwise, leave the defaults in place.

  5. Select the Program:
  6. Once you have completed the required fields, a list of clients enrolled on the selected date will appear. Select the clients who received the service that day:

  7. Click Save or Save & Exit to apply to the clients’ profiles.
