How do I confirm recent FHPAP Payments?

FHPAP Programs provide some types of financial assistance for clients, which are recorded in HMIS as FHPAP Payments.
When enrolling a client in your FHPAP program, you must confirm if the Head of Household has received a recent FHPAP Payment (in past 60 days). This article shows you where to find that information.
What you need to know
The Recent FHPAP Payment question is asked on the FHPAP Funding Assessment form during a program enrollment. To answer, you must first check your client's record in HMIS.

Follow these steps
Where to Find FHPAP Payments
- Go to your client's program enrollments
- Do you see any current or overlapping FHPAP enrollments? If yes, they may be receiving recent FHPAP payments for services
- Are there any recently exited FHPAP enrollments? If yes, they may have recently received FHPAP payments
- If you answered yes to any of the above, go to your client's Services folder
- View their history for any recent FHPAP services
How to confirm FHPAP payments
- Start a program enrollment
- Once on the Head of Household's FHPAP Funding Assessment form, answer the FHPAP payments question
- Answer "Yes" if you did confirmed whether the client receive an FHPAP payment or not
- Answer "No" if you did not confirmed
