How to run the LTH/HPH Supplemental (024) Report

This article will show you how to run the LTH/HPH Supplemental report (024) in HMIS.
What you need to know
The LTH/HPH Supplemental report should be used for LTH/HPH, HTF (Housing Trust Fund), HS (Housing Support), and LTHSSF funded projects.
Follow these steps
- Go to the report location
Report Location: Reports Workspace > MN State Programs Reports > LTH/HPH Supplemental Report
- Fill out the report prompts:
- Date Range: enter the start and end dates you want to run the report for or select a predefined date range.
- Organization(s): choose your organization.
- Funding Source(s): Select Funding Source(s).
- Program(s): choose the program(s) you want to include in the report. The program list is filter by the selected funding source.
- Filter by Grant(s): If needed, select grants.
User Tip: Reminder with selecting prompts... "Select all" (double check marks) means that only data that exactly matches that report filter criteria pulls in to the report.
- Leaving a filter blank means the filter is will not be used at all.
- If you are seeing missing data when using "Select all" for filters: consider rerunning the report with less filters selected.
- Click Report to run the report. You will then see this message in the upper right corner:
- When the report has completed, you will then see this message:
When you are done
- To download the report, click on My Saved Reports. The blue hyperlink which shows the date/time it was ran for.
- To save your report, click on the save icon and choose Excel.
- If you get a time-out error: try running the report on a smaller dataset or run the report again with these instructions for "Schedule Report".
