What this is
This article will show you how to run the LTH/HPH Supplemental report (024) in HMIS.
What you need to know
The LTH/HPH Supplemental report should be used for LTH/HPH, HTF (Housing Trust Fund), HS (Housing Support), and LTHSSF funded projects.
Follow these steps
- Go to the report location
Report Location: Reports Workspace > MN State Programs Reports > LTH/HPH Supplemental Report
- Fill out the report prompts:
- Date Range: Enter the start and end dates for the report, or pick a preset option. If you’re not sure which dates to use, ask your funder.
- Organization(s): Select the organization you use when creating and updating enrollments for your project.
- Program Type: Optional. Use this to narrow down the list of programs shown (for example, transitional housing).
- Funding Source(s): Choose the funding source you need. For example, if you’re reporting on clients in LTH/HPH units, select “Ending Long Term Homelessness (LTH/HPH).”
- Program(s): Select the program(s) to include in the report. The list will change based on the funding source you picked.
- Filter by Grant(s): Optional. Usually used by regional administrators to run reports for specific areas (for example, LTHSSF – Hennepin Metro).
Tips:
- Choosing “Select all” (double check marks) means the report will only include data that exactly matches that filter.
- Leaving a filter blank means it won’t be used at all.
- If you notice missing data when using “Select all,” try running the report again with fewer filters selected
- Click Schedule Report to run the report. You will then see a box pop up. Choose Excel for the export format and Now for run. Then click Schedule Report.
- When the report has completed, you will receive an email with a link to download the report.
