What this is

The PATH data checker assists users at PATH-funded programs check, and when appropriate, update records for clients enrolled or previously enrolled in the selected PATH project.

You must have access to the PATH project in your User Settings (Workgroup + Organization).

Only PATH-funded programs will appear in the Program dropdown in the Data Checker.

This tool is located in the Home workspace (not the Reports workspace).

Go to the PATH data checker, then select these filters:

  • Set Data Checker Parameters
    • From the Organization dropdown, select the organization that contains the PATH project.
    • From the Program dropdown, select the PATH-funded project you want to review.

Only PATH-funded projects will be visible.

  • Apply Optional Filters

You may narrow your results using these optional filters:

  • Date Range – Filters enrollments by Enroll Date.
  • Filter by User or Case Manager

Case Manager: Shows clients assigned to that case manager.

  • Unexited Clients Only – Shows clients who are still actively enrolled.
  • Show Client Names – Toggle between showing only Client IDs or full names.

Select your desired filters and click Run Report.

What you will see

For each head of household enrolled, you will see:

  • Enroll Date
  • Engagement Date
  • Date PATH Status Determined
  • PATH Status
  • Reason Not PATH Enrolled
  • Exit Date
  • Latest Current Living Situation Date
  • Latest Current Living Situation
  • PATH Services Provided
  • PATH Referrals Provided

What you can do from here

Fix or update client records right from here. If data is missing or looks incorrect, you can update it directly. Just select the action button to update PATH program specific data elements for that enrollment or you can also go directly to the client record using the action button.

You can use the PATH data checker regularly as a data quality tool for your projects. Missing or incorrect data elements misrepresent PATH outcomes and cause reporting errors.
