How to run the FHPAP Supplemental Report

This article will show you how to run the FHPAP Supplemental report in HMIS.

What you need to know

The FHPAP Supplemental report should be used for FHPAP and Homework Starts with Home funded projects.

Follow these steps

  1. Go to the report location

Report Location: Reports Workspace > MN Funder Reports > FHPAP Supplemental Report

  1. Fill out the report prompts
    1. Date Range: enter the start and end dates you want to run the report for
    2. Organization: choose your organization.
    3. Programs: choose the funding source first (FHPAP or HSWH), and then choose the programs you want to include in the report. The program list is filter by the selected funding source.
    4. Sub-Funding Type(s): FHPAP Only: Select which sub-funding types you want included in the report. For HSWH, the sub-funding type will not appear.

  1. Click Report to run the report. You will then see this message in the upper right corner:

When the report has completed, you will then see this message:

When you are done

  1. To download the report, click on My Saved Reports. The blue hyperlink which shows the date/time it was ran for.

  1. To save your report, click on the save icon and choose Excel.
