How to pause a Guided Workflow

If you need to step away when you are in the middle of completing an enrollment, you can pause a workflow without losing your work. This article will explain how to pause and return to a paused workflow.
What you need to know
HMIS allows you to pause a workflow at any time and return to it later. The Pause button can be found below every workflow.
Follow these steps
Click the pause button
Then click OK
- When you want to return, go to the your Home Workspace
Click ⭐My ClientTrack, then Paused Operations
From here, you can resume, restart, or delete your paused workflows.
To return where you left off, select Resume the workflow
- Complete the workflow, then select Finish to finalized your work
