What this is
Here’s a quick overview of what you need to do in HMIS, what you’ll need to report to your state program funder, and the tools we've set up to help you keep an eye on your data along the way.
What you need to know
This is for projects funded by state Long Term Homeless Supportive Service Funds (LTHSSF) which is required to enter data into HMIS.
Program Specific Data Elements
This is a list of program-specific data elements (PSDE). These are collected in addition to the standard HUD and Minnesota universal data elements (UDE).
