What you need to know

Each CoC has it's own onboarding requirements for Coordinated Entry Assessor training.

Follow these steps

In order to become a Coordinated Entry Assessor, you will need to complete HMIS new user training.

  1. If your not already an HMIS user, have your supervisor sign you up for new user training.
    1. On your registration form, make sure to mark that you need Coordinated Entry assessor access.
  2. Contact your CoC's Priority List manager for your CoC's onboarding requirements to become a Coordinated Entry assessor.

  3. Once you have completed the requirements for your CoC, your priority list manager will contact the ICA MN helpdesk.
  4. Once you have completed new user training and your CoC's Coordinated Entry assessor requirements, you will be granted Coordinated Entry assessor access in HMIS!
