What this is
We're all human and we all make mistakes! 🤷♀️This article walks you through how to correct creating an enrollment in the wrong project.
What you need to know
This article is a great resource for how to correct a mistake you make but the data checkers are your best tool for identifying and fixing missing or invalid data.
Steps to Follow
Unfortunately, if you create an enrollment into the wrong project, you cannot update the project for that enrollment. You will need to delete the enrollment you created and then enroll the client into the right project.
- Click on the action button (three dots) next to the enrollment you created and choose either Delete Enrollment or Delete Enrollment for Whole Family. The Delete Enrollment for the Whole Family option not only deletes the enrollment for that client, but it also deletes the enrollment for other household members included in that enrollment.
- Then create a new enrollment like you normally would making sure you select the correct program in the drop down list on the program enrollment form.
If you don't see the Delete Enrollment option in the action menu, chances are you are in the wrong organization. Switch organizations in your settings and try again.
